Dr. Anthony Verity is Emeritus Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and Emeritus Chief of Neuropathology at UCLA. He has served on many editorial boards and study sections. Dr. Verity has published over 140 articles and has also been honored with a number of distinguished visiting lectureships. Formerly a deputy coroner, he is an active consultant in neuropathology for the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office. With decades of experience in all aspects of neuropathology, he is much sought after for medicolegal expertise. Currently, his main focus is neuromuscular pathology including inflammatory myopathy research and a busy neuromuscular pathology consultation service. He has particular expertise in muscle biochemistry testing. |
