We make sure the process of case submission is as simple as possible. To send a case, please contact our Client Services Department at (310) 267-2680. We will provide you with the appropriate requisitions and material so your specimens will arrive safely. Our client services representatives will determine the best solution for quick and convenient pick up and delivery. Whether it be UPS next day, courier on a daily route or an on-call pick up, our client services team will ensure a seamless process.

Results and Reporting:

Reports are auto faxed as soon as they become finalized. If requested, hard copies will also be mailed directly to the client. In addition, results are available 24/7 via online reports. Secured accounts allow physicians and their authorized staff to view the status of each of their cases as well as the final report. Our clients may regularly expect their reports within our established turnarounds published by test type.
