A: The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA provide superior, individualized pathology services to hospitals and private practices. We offer a wide variety of anatomic pathology consultation services as well as flow cytometry and immunohistochemical preparations and interpretations. These services are provided by some of the leading pathologists in their fields, with excellent turn-around time at competitive prices.
A: To make the specimen collection process as easy as possible, we supply all of our clients with the proper supplies. Most commonly, we supply:
- Formalin bottles
- Specimen bags
- Requisitions
- IFA
- Other special requests must be submitted to client services
A: We will make the process of case submission as simple as possible. Once the specimen is collected and accessioned by our lab, depending on the specimen, normal turnaround time for a diagnosis is 24 to 48 hours.
